  • Profile details: the names and details of any profiles you add to your account.
  • Closet content: photos of your clothes and details such as title, color, brand, category, item type and weather type.
  • Trip and planner details: trip name, dates, event type, number of days, location, packed items and outfit plans by date.
  • Favorites, donate/sell selections and the PDF lists you generate.
  • AI chat content: messages and photos you send to the AI stylist.
  • Waitlist and contact forms: name, email and message.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, crash reports and how you use features.

Subscription information

Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive limited information, such as your plan type and subscription status, but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account and profiles.
  • Store your closet and provide features such as search, packing, planner, favorites and sharing.
  • Generate AI outfit and packing suggestions.
  • Manage your subscription and provide customer support.
  • Improve, test and secure the Service.
  • Send service messages, and marketing messages where you have agreed or the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Features

When you use the AI stylist or AI packing, we process your messages, photos and relevant closet details to produce suggestions. This processing may be done by trusted third-party AI providers acting on our behalf. [We do not use your personal photos to train public AI models. Confirm with the client.]

4. Multiple Profiles

Your plan may allow several profiles under one account. Each profile has its own closet and features. The Account Owner manages the account, subscription and profiles. [Confirm with the client whether the Account Owner can view other profiles’ content.] Only add people who are aware their information will be stored in the account.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers: cloud hosting, storage, analytics, customer support and AI providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • App stores: Apple and Google, to manage subscriptions.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
  • Business transfers: if we merge, are acquired or sell assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you if this happens.
  • People you choose: when you share a PDF list of your clothes or favorites, the people who receive it can see its contents.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within [30] days, except where we must keep it for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
